Bear Senior Fostered in Red Hook, NY
Bear is an 8 yr Purebred German Shepherd. He was recently vetted, had a teeth cleaning and was treated for heartworm at our Vet in Alabama. He is currently fostered in a home with a dog and cat and is doing well. He is house and crate trained. His owners hit financial difficulties and surrendered Bear and other family dogs to a high kill shelter when they moved and did not take their pets with them. Bear is dog and people friendly. He is loving and gentle.
